On October 30, 2007, Entek Mechanical Corp. appealed the final decision of a Department of Veterans Affairs contracting officer terminating for default contract number VA261-C-0013 for renovation of Building 209 at the Out Patient Clinic, McClellan Park, Sacramento County, California. On December 13, 2007, appellant notified the Board that it would like to withdraw the appeal.
