DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE: November 22, 2010
CBCA 1982
PEREY TURNSTILES, INC.,
Appellant,
v.
GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION,
Respondent.
M. Edmund Hendrickson, President of Perey Turnstiles, Inc., Bridgeport, CT,
appearing for Appellant.
The case caption as the decision prints it. Every word is kept; the rule the Board draws around it is not text, so it is not repeated here.
Leonard E. Lucas III, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent.
DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman).
Order
The General Services Administration (GSA) terminated for the convenience of the Government a contract with Perey Turnstiles, Inc. (Perey) for the supply and installation of turnstiles for the Department of Homeland Security headquarters building in Washington, D.C. Perey’s proposal for termination settlement costs was denied by the contracting officer, and Perey appealed from that determination.
The parties have now resolved the dispute, with GSA paying and Perey accepting a mutually agreed upon amount. Perey has asked the Board to dismiss the appeal with prejudice to its reinstatement.

STEPHEN M. DANIELS
Board Judge
This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in Perey Turnstiles, Inc., CBCA 1982. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
