See who actually wins the work. Filter by agency, component, NAICS, PSC, set-aside and place of performance, and the Partner Finder ranks the companies from live USAspending award data, each with the role it could play for you, drawn from the size it states on its own SAM.gov registration and the certifications on file.
Save the ones worth a call to your Partner Pipeline, track each one from first contact to a signed agreement, and ask the Teaming Agent to brief a company or draft a first outreach email, with every company, award and rule it names linked to its source.

The reader in the video is the fictional XYZ, Inc.; the companies and their figures are real, read from USAspending.gov on November 5, 2026.

An awarding agency and its component, up to 5 NAICS and 5 PSC codes, a set-aside or full and open, a place of performance state, 1, 3 or 5 fiscal years, and small business awards only.

An 8(a) term ending within 18 months, a SAM.gov registration expiring within 90 days, and an active exclusion, counted above the table.
Small under the NAICS and in the 8(a) program with its term ending within 18 months: a mentor-protege or acquisition conversation. Tested first, and the only role that needs no company of yours.
You are other than small and it is small, or you are both small and it holds a set-aside certification you lack, such as 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB or SDVOSB.
You are small under the NAICS and it is other than small: a company you could subcontract to, and whose subcontractors the company page names.
The same size class under the NAICS, so most likely a competitor for the same work. Worth knowing before you call.

From USAspending.gov, read live for your filters: the companies that won prime awards under your agency, NAICS and PSC codes, set-aside and place of performance, ranked by obligations. Each is joined to its SAM.gov registration and to the SBA certifications on file. One company's several registrations are summed into one row by its exact name.
From two stated facts: the size each company's SAM.gov registration states under the first NAICS you searched, and the certifications on file, set against your own registration. Where a size is not stated, the row says Not stated rather than guessing. A role is derived from the registrations, never a judgment of the company.
It keeps only the awards USAspending flags as made to a small business. The flag belongs to the award, so a company that has since grown past its size standard still appears for the years it was small.
Questions about the companies, such as who complements you, who a company already teams with or which recompetes you could join, and questions about the rules on teaming: contractor team arrangements, the limitations on subcontracting, affiliation and the ostensible subcontractor rule, joint ventures, mentor-protege, size and subcontracting plans. It quotes only the FAR and 13 C.F.R. sections the platform holds, and says when a section is outside them.

Those list companies by what they say they do. The Partner Finder ranks them by what they won under your codes at the agencies you sell to, then tells you the role each could play beside you and what to check before you call.
