SULLIVAN, Board Judge.

Order

By joint motion dated September 24, 2026, having settled the dispute, the parties seek dismissal of these appeals. Initially, the parties requested that the Board enter a stipulated judgment, pursuant to Rule 25(b), but stated in the request that the settlement amount had been paid. When the Board asked whether a dismissal order was more appropriate, the parties filed a motion to dismiss, again citing Rule 25(b), and requested that the Board enter a dismissal order. The parties state in their motion to dismiss that, “[u]pon entry of a dismissal order, neither party will seek reconsideration of, relief from, or appeal the Board’s dismissal.”

We construe the motion to be one for dismissal pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) (48 CFR 6101.12(b)(2) (published in eCFR)). The appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

Board Judge

This is a verbatim capture of the text layer of the Board's own document in CTG Federal LLC, CBCA 8733, 8858. Nothing is summarized or reworded, and the sections run in the order the Board wrote them. What the page shows and the text does not repeat is the pagination furniture: the page numbers and the rules the Board draws around its caption and under its signatures. The signatures are set back into the columns the Board prints them in, each judge under the name he or she signed, and the typed copy of that name the page carries beneath each signature is not repeated.
